Reward reconciliation

Server-to-server only
status and rejection_reason are only sent through server-to-server postbacks.
How reconciliation works
A rejected reward arrives as a second postback with the same cpid and tid, a Rejected status, and a rejection reason. Handle it as an update to the original reward, not a new reward.
Parameters
| Parameter | Type | Description |

| status | String | Pending or Rejected. A reward that isn't rejected is considered settled after 90 days, except in extremely rare circumstances. No additional postback is sent when it settles. |
| rejection_reason | String | The reason for rejection, when applicable. |
